Veterans Relationship Management (VRM) Information Technology Solutions and Support Services (ITSS) is a performance-based, five year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a ceiling of $480 million, that will help the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) develop and deliver on-demand access to comprehensive services and benefits in a consistent, Veteran-centric environment.
HP Enterprise Services, along with its larger team of partners, including ASD, will bring proven experience and capabilities for end-to-end IT solutions across all VRM work streams.
